Reflecting on the numerous contributions of Coventry's remarkable citizens throughout the years stirred a deep sense of duty and purpose within me.

I have been blessed by many fortunate things in my life, including family, friends, and career, but I realized I was missing something of substance in my life: giving back. I am driven by the desire to commit myself to the betterment of Coventry, following in the footsteps of many dedicated residents who have shaped our town's legacy. When I found out that the district 2 seat became available in F

Like so many in our community, I am heartbroken by the tragic fire on Audubon Lane that claimed the life of Zach Fabbri.

This wasn't just another news story. This happened in my neighborhood, to people many of us know, and it is difficult to put into words the sadness so many families are feeling right now.

A wife has lost her husband. Three little girls have lost their father. A family has lost their home, their belongings, and most devastatingly, someone they loved beyond measure.

During times like these, Coventry always comes together. We support our neighbors, we lift each other up, and we remind grieving families that they are not alone.

If you are able, please consider supporting the Fabbri family through the GoFundMe that has been established to help them through this unimaginable loss. Every donation, share, prayer, and act of kindness will make a difference.

Please keep the Fabbri family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the difficult days, weeks, and months ahead.

Our community mourns with them, and our community stands with them. 🤍

After much thought, I have decided that I will not be seeking another term on the Coventry Town Council.

Serving the residents of District 2 and the Town of Coventry has been an honor. Over the past two and a half years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside dedicated town staff, community members, and colleagues on many important issues affecting our community.

When I first decided to run, I often spoke about my father and the example he set through his love for this town and his commitment to community. Carrying that spirit of service with me throughout my time on the Council has meant a great deal to me.

Public service is never easy, but I remain grateful for the experience, the conversations, and the many residents who took the time to share their concerns, ideas, and support along the way.

While I may be stepping away from elected office, I will always care deeply about Coventry and wish the town continued success in the years ahead.

I think Britney Boyer would be a great candidate for Town Council. Britney cares deeply about our community, brings a thoughtful and positive approach to local issues, and I believe she would be a tremendous asset to the Council and to the residents of District 2.

Thank you to everyone who placed their trust in me to serve.

☺️This week, the Coventry Police Department proudly recognizes National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week.

To say we are lucky to have the dedicated men and women on the other end of our emergency lines ☎️, would be an understatement. They are the first point of contact in someone’s time of need, answering the call, day or night, often when emotions are high and situations are at their worst.

Their ability to remain cool, calm, and collected, (even when others cannot) is what makes them the true first, first responders.

Our dispatchers play a critical role💪 not only in serving our community, but in supporting our officers in the field and helping keep them safe every single day.

We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to public safety.

Thank you for standing on the front lines alongside us. 🫡

🐾This week, the Coventry Police Department proudly recognizes National Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week❗️

(🗣️For the record, we think it’s pretty rude that Dispatchers and ACO’s don’t get their own separate weeks as they are both equally deserving of their time to shine. But alas, we digress. 😮‍💨)

As many in our community have likely seen in the news 📰 , our Animal Control Division is constantly hard at work responding to calls, protecting animals, and holding accountable those who harm them.

From large farm animals 🐴 to small domesticated pets 🐣, they do it all. More importantly, they care for those who cannot speak for or defend themselves.

🗣️Their work often goes unseen, but it is critical to the safety and well-being of both our community and the animals within it.

🙏 We are incredibly grateful for their dedication, compassion, and commitment to doing what is right, NO MATTER the situation.

Thank you for everything you do and for standing alongside us in service to Coventry.
