Devou Park Trails The Devou Park natural surface trail system boasts 16 miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Made possible by charitable support & dedicated volunteers.

Managed in collaboration with the City of Covington & the Devou Park Trail Collective. The Trails at Devou Park are some of the newest trails in the greater Cincinnati area. Located 15 minutes from downtown they are easily accessible to all local neighborhoods. The Trails at Devou are still in development but even in this early stage they provide a wonderful riding experience for all levels of riders. The trails are not just for bikes though, they are great for a nice nature hike as well. The access the trail, park in the gravel lot at the bottom of Sleepy Hollow road by the baseball field. From there you will see a small trail that take you a gravel road. Take the gravel road up and veer left towards the fence. Walk around the fence and the trail head is right by the kiosk which has a map of the completed and proposed trails. Then...Enjoy! For more information visit the bike clicks website. 🙏 We want to thank Andrew F. for creating two new benches for his Eagle Scout Service project which have been installed on the Bates-Coombs Loop near the top of the Incinerator Trail at Devou Park
We appreciate Jim Southward for coordinating these projects. Jim noted that this is the 31st Eagle Scout Service project for local trail systems since 2021!👏

The original log benches in that location were constructed by long-time trail maintenance volunteer, Charlie B, and were used for over 10 years!🙏

We are so grateful to all the volunteers and individuals who support the Devou Park trail system!! 🌳🍁🌞

Today, October 15, The Center for Great Neighborhoods in Covington, Ky is celebrating 50 years of community development work in Covington. At their event this evening, they will be recognizing all recipients of their Heart of the Community Awards since 1998.

In 2010, Chad Irey was a recipient of The Center for Great Neighborhoods’ “Community Leader Award” for spearheading the groundbreaking work for the Devou Park Trails Project. In 2008 and 2009, Chad promoted and led partnerships with UGive and Give Back Cincinnati to have 100+ volunteer trail days clearing and hand building the Incinerator Trail.Https://www.greatneighborhoods.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/2010-annual-report.pdf

Weekday Rides! Bring Lights!

Wednesday means Mitchell Memorial Forest. We roll out tonight at 6:30 PM. It's getting dark sooner unfortunately. Be sure bring your lights!

Just getting started mountain biking? You're exactly who we want to see. The pace is chill and we regroup often. If your legs call it early, there are plenty of spots to cut the ride short. Let's do a loop before sundown and play at the skills course until the grill gets going.

Bring a working mountain bike and a helmet. Trailhead directions are at linktree in bio.

🙏 Grateful to the volunteers who were able to attend the Devou Park Trail Day this past Saturday!!🙏
Dirt was moved & shaped on Gnarnia, boards were replaced on bridges, & a tree was cleared on ND! 💪🪏🪚🔨💪

Our next trail day will return to the second Saturday of the month, on October 10th! Please join us in helping to keep the trails in great shape! Your time & support are greatly appreciated!🤝😊
