Please join us in congratulating the winners of the 2026 Craig Business Plan Competition! 🎉

🥇 First Place ($20,000): Mi Kosina, Rosa Stahl
A new breakfast and lunch buffet-style restaurant featuring a variety of options, including authentic Mexican dishes. Mi Kosina will bring more dining choices to Craig while bringing new life to a vacant space in Centennial Mall.

🥈 Second Place ($12,000): Water Treatment Consulting, Nathan Browning
An existing Craig business providing technical support, sampling coordination, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance services to public water systems, along with certified backflow testing and water treatment equipment sales and service.

🥉 Third Place ($8,000): Move Breathe Be, Amanda Wayman
A new workplace wellness business bringing stress-reduction tools directly into the workplace to help employees manage stress and support their overall well-being.

From new dining options to essential water services and healthier workplaces, these businesses represent continued investment, new opportunities, and growth for Craig and Moffat County.

Thank you to our judging panel, the City of Craig EDAC, the Northwest Colorado SBDC, and every entrepreneur who participated this year.

One week to go! ⏳ Entries for the 2026 Craig Business Plan Competition are due Monday, August 31 at 5:00 p.m. and at least $20,000 in prize money is on the other side of that deadline. Here’s what to turn in:

✅ Signed entry form
✅ Two-page business overview
✅ Draft business plan: 15 pages max, using the template at https://discovercraig.com/business-resources/2026-craig-business-plan-competition.
