🎭🐧 Things got a little WILD at Sandrock today! 😂 The Missoula Children’s Theatre visited and gave some of our student actors the chance to bring The Princess and the Penguin to life in a hilarious Mad Libs-style play! With unexpected twists, silly surprises, and LOTS of laughs, our young performers proved that you never know what’s going to happen when creativity takes center stage! 👑🐧🎬

A huge thank-you to Missoula Children’s Theatre for bringing the magic of theatre to our Bulldogs! 💙🐾

💡 Did You Know? 🎭 Theater helps students build confidence, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork! It encourages imagination, strengthens problem-solving, and gives students a chance to express themselves in new ways. A huge thank you to Moffat County Board Members, PAC, KS Creations, and Maple Blue’s for your generous donations and support of our Sandrock Elementary staff! Our staff enjoyed the delicious food and appreciated the kindness and generosity shown to them.

Your support helped us kick off Parent-Teacher Conferences on a positive note, feeling appreciated, energized, and ready to connect with our families. It takes a community working together to make great things happen, and we are grateful to have you in our corner!

Mark your calendars, Bulldogs! Thursday, October 29th, is Halloween Costume Day at Sandrock Elementary! 🎃

Get ready to show off your creativity, dress up in your best Halloween costume, and enjoy a day full of spooky fun! 👻 Every student will have the opportunity to travel from classroom to classroom to collect treats and celebrate with their classmates!

🧡 Costume Reminders:

* No masks
* No face paint
* No violent costumes or blow up costumes.

📚✨ THE SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR IS HERE, BULLDOGS! 🐾💙

🎉 The books are out, the excitement is building, and it’s time to find your next FAVORITE read! 📖❤️ Miss P. is ready to help our Bulldogs discover some amazing new books!

🕒 BOOK FAIR HOURS
🌞 Before School: 7:40–8:00 AM
🏫 After School: 3:50–4:15 PM
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 During Parent-Teacher Conferences: Stop by and shop together!

📍 HOW TO FIND US: Enter through the School’s main entrance.

🚨 IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR FAMILIES:
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 After school, parents/guardians must pick up their students FIRST and be present to shop with them. Students cannot shop independently after school.

🚌 Bus riders may NOT shop before boarding the bus. Students need to head straight to their buses at dismissal.

🎒 Keep classrooms distraction-free! Any purchases other than books need to go straight to students’ lockers after shopping.

Let’s fill those bookshelves, spark imaginations, and celebrate the joy of reading! 📚✨ We can’t wait to see our Bulldogs and their families at the fair!

📚🎉 BOOK FAIR IS HERE, BULLDOGS! 🎉📚

Our Book Fair is happening THIS WEEK! 🐶📖

🛍️ Students can shop for books and other fun items from 7:30–8:00 AM each morning.

📝 Students can also create their own wish lists during library time!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The Book Fair will be open Thursday during Parent-Teacher Conferences and all day Friday during conferences, so families can shop together!

✨ Let’s get excited about reading, discover new favorites, and bring home a little book magic! We can’t wait to see our Bulldogs find their next great read! 🐾📚

🎉 COLOR US IMPRESSED, SANDROCK! 🎉

Our 5th Grade Color Run was an absolute BLAST! 🏃‍♀️💨 From colorful clouds to big smiles, our Bulldogs showed up ready to RUN, PLAY, and GET MESSY for a great cause! 💙🐾

Not only did we get moving and make some unforgettable memories, but we also raised money to help make our 5th graders’ field trip extra special! 🎒🚌

A HUGE thank-you to everyone who helped make this fundraiser such a success! Our Bulldogs know how to ROCK, and today they proved they can do it in EVERY COLOR OF THE RAINBOW! 🐾 And an extra special shout out to Miss Simpson and our 5th grade team for all of their hard work!!
