Join us on May 21 at 6:00 PM at the Cramerton Fire Department 141 8th Avenue, Cramerton, NC, as we proudly welcome our new fire engine with a traditional Push-In Ceremony — celebrating both the continued growth of our department and the rich traditions of the fire service.
Made possible through grant funding, this new apparatus will strengthen our ability to serve and protect the communities of Cramerton and McAdenville for years to come.
More than just a new piece of equipment, this engine represents our ongoing commitment to preparedness, public safety, and dedicated service to our citizens. We look forward to sharing this special occasion with our community.

Over the past couple days, members have been conducting driver training on new Engine 41. This training allows our apparatus engineers to get a feel for how the truck handles and operates and ensures that they are proficient before responding to emergencies. We anticipate Engine 41 going into service within the next week.

The City of Gastonia and Two Rivers Utilities have issued a Stage 2 (Mandatory) drought declaration for the Catawba–Wateree River Basin.
Residents and businesses are required to reduce water use by 5 to 10 percent or more. Outdoor watering is now limited to specific days and times, and some water uses are prohibited. Fines may apply for repeat violations.
City officials will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates as needed.
