GCD Outreach Coordinator Ana Lia was at the RI Transition Fair Resources Fair yesterday. It’s a great event that connects students who will soon be graduating from high school with resources and information that can help them live more independently as adults.

Great news! There’s still a lot of work to be done!

Although U.S. job growth slowed in September, employment among Americans with disabilities continued to rise, with the employment-to-population ratio reaching an all-time high of 40.3 percent.
