Why do you vote?
There are a lot of answers.
Maybe it's your family. Your community. Your future. Your neighbors. Your values. The people who came before you. The people who will come after you.
Whatever your reason, participation matters.
Make your plan. Show up.
Our young people are counting on us.

Don't just plan to vote. Plan how.
Before November 3, take a few minutes to figure out:
🗳️ When you'll vote
📍 Where you'll vote
🪪 What you'll need
🚗 How you'll get there
⏰ When you'll make the time
Then put it on your calendar.
Need help finding your voting location? Indiana's voter portal can help you check your registration, find your polling place, and see who's on your ballot.
Know your plan. Then show up.

🗳️ Your voice matters. You deserve to vote safely and confidently.

For transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse Hoosiers, going to the polls can come with concerns about being questioned, challenged, or turned away because of who you are. You deserve to have your voice heard without having to navigate those worries alone.

That’s why IYG is once again inviting you to TRANSform the Polls, an initiative to help make voting a safer, more affirming experience during Indiana’s General Election early voting period.

Through our safety in numbers approach, eligible voters can request to be accompanied by IYG staff when they go to the polls. We’ll work with you to coordinate a time and location based on staff availability, and if your first choice doesn’t work, we’ll explore alternatives together.

🏳️‍⚧️ Ready to make your voting plan?

Your vote matters. Your voice matters. And you deserve the opportunity to make both heard.
