Come witness the wonders of the wild and marvel at God’s awesome Creation! At Emerald Coast Zoo, you can get up close and personal with some of your favorite members of the animal kingdom; sloths, kangaroos, giant tortoise, bears and more. You can also visit our aviary and feed the birds or give leaves to the giraffes. Come meet A&E TV star Rick the Reptile Guy along with his family, who actually live in the zoo. Located in Crestview, Florida—only 45 min from Destin—the family owned Emerald Coast Zoo is uniquely situated to bring visitors an unforgettable animal experience with an up close and personal touch.

We will be back open tomorrow!

We feel blessed that all the animals were safe from the Hurricane. Some of their habitats, not so much. Everything can be rebuilt, it just takes time and money. If you’d like to help us speed up the process please donate funds to ECZ, renew your season passes, or just come visit. And please keep us in your prayers.

Hurricane aftermath has left us with quite the cleanup job! Due to storm damage and debris throughout the zoo, we will be CLOSED today as our crew works hard to get everything cleaned up and safe for our guests.

We are planning to reopen on Tuesday!
