❤️🤍💙 Nantucket is proud to celebrate and honor the special Veterans in our students' lives with our Wall of Heroes. ❤️🤍💙

This meaningful display will showcase the brave men and women who have served our country and the special connections they share with our children.

The Wall of Heroes will be displayed on November 11 as we honor those who have served. Let's fill our hallways with gratitude and pride as we honor the heroes who mean so much to our Nantucket community!

Please drop off your submission to the main office by November 5 or e-mail your information to Julia Larson at [email protected].

We are so excited for our upcoming fall book fair! Students will have the opportunity to visit the book fair during their scheduled media class from November 4-10.

It's also a great volunteer opportunity for you to:
📚Help students pick out new books to purchase or create a book wishlist
📚Run the register and support our Starfish as they're calculating their purchase total against what they have available to spend
📚Support our Media team in keeping the books organized for future classes

Sign up for a volunteer slot using the link below: https://www.signupgenius.com/.../4090D4FABAA28A4F49...

Per AACPS policy, volunteers MUST have a current, unexpired background check on file or will need to be fingerprinted. Unsure if you meet the criteria for volunteering? Please contact Ms. Ginny Wagner in the main office.

The PTA provided sweet treats and throwback Halloween candy for everyone to make their own trick or treat bags 🍬🍫🍭🍪 We always love showing our appreciation for the amazing Starfish team! 🎃🎃
