Union PSD is a wastewater treatment facility who services Cross Lanes WV Union PSD was established in 1955. and the other located on 40th St.

We service approximately 5,400 households in the Cross Lanes area. The district employees 11 people, has two treatment plants one located on Rocky Fork Rd. also has 14 lift stations throughout the Cross Lanes area. This page was created at the request of the community so the district could keep members of the community informed on the current acquisition proposed to Union PSD by WVAW. There will be updates on future public meetings on this page as well as updates on the status of this acquisition. If you have any questions that pertain to normal billing or sewer emergencies DO NOT contact us through this page, call the office 304-776-3131 for normal billing and during hours. Frontier is working on the lines next to our office and our phones are not operational! Please if you need us we are in the office until 4:30 pm.
If you are past due make your payment in the office or on our website no one will be terminated over the weekend! Thank you!

Pleased be advised that we are aware of a hack that is going around the area if you have attempted to pay your bill with Union PSD please be on the lookout for other charges and report it to your bank. UNION PSD isn't the only business in the cross lanes area that has been affected by this.

Kanawha County Commission has put Union Public Service District on their agenda for March 21st regarding the district’s decision not to sell to WVAW. This meeting will take place at 407 Virginia Street East Charleston, WV 25301 @ 5:00pm

The dropdown tab labeled WVAW buyout is what you will click, scroll to the bottom of the page and leave your comment this will serve as signing the petition online. All comments come directly to my email and will be printed and placed with the petition paperwork that has been signed in the office.
