Young Ladies With a Purpose is proud to partner with Nimchn Health Center -Valpo, Days for Girls Chesterton IN Team and Sigma Phi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc
A nurse will be present to provide helpful information and introduce participants to new and safe menstrual products.
Participants will also enjoy a FREE meal, and create their own menstrual care kit.

Did you know? A supportive co-parenting relationship may play an important role in reducing stress for nonresident fathers.

In a pilot study of 80 nonresident fathers, researchers found that supportive co-parenting directly reduced stress related to parental role concerns and concerns about children’s behavior.

For those working with nonresident dads, this highlights an important area to consider: supporting healthy co-parenting relationships can help reduce barriers to father involvement.
