🎣🇺🇸 SHEROES WARRIORS ON WATER — TRIP REPORT 🇺🇸🎣Today, our lady veteran Sherry from Tri County Women’s Veterans Org. spent the day with us fishing the outgoing tide off Crystal River—and what a day it was!

Sherry proudly served 10 years in the U.S. Navy, traveling the world during her service. Today, she’s living her Florida dream right here locally, and we were honored to have her join us for a day on the water. ❤️🇺🇸

The conditions definitely made us work for it! We faced 20 mph winds, rough seas, and a roaring outgoing tide, but Sherry handled it like a true warrior. 💪🎣

By the end of the day, Sherry had caught 6 different species, including a beautiful 24-inch redfish that she was able to take home! 🐟

A huge THANK YOU to Capt. Ashlie for stepping up as our first mate and helping Sherry get on these fish. We couldn’t do these trips without an amazing team!

🇺🇸⚓️ SHEROES WARRIORS ON WATER — AUGUST ADVENTURE! ⚓️🇺🇸

Our August SHEROES Warriors on Water trip was supposed to be a scalloping adventure out of Crystal River, but Mother Nature had other plans! 🌧️ The rain made the water too cloudy to find those yummy scallops, so Capt. Julie and Capt. Ashlie changed course and turned the day into a beautiful Eco Tour through the Gulf and down the river to Kings Bay. 🐢🦅🌊

Our crew of 5 amazing lady veterans proudly represents more than 37 years of combined service in the U.S. Air Force , US Army 32 yrs and 10+ years in the U.S. Navy. 🇺🇸

Thank you, ladies, for your service, sacrifice and dedication to our country. ❤️🤍💙

Along the way we spotted sea turtles, roseate spoonbills, an eagle and many other seabirds, enjoying all the beauty that Florida’s Nature Coast has to offer.

The ladies finished this beautiful day on the water with lunch at The Crab Plant in downtown Crystal River — great food, great friends and an unforgettable day! 🦀🍽️

An Unforgettable Airboat Adventure provided by Sheroes Warriors on Water
and sponsored by Tri County Women Veterans Organization and Dawn Doss Bramblett C-21 Nature Coast Realty.

Four lady veterans from the TCWV Org. set out on an unforgettable airboat adventure from the quiet fishing village of Ozello, Florida, with the non profit, SHEROES Warriors on Water. Onboard was TCWV Board President, Betsy 26 yrs Navy, TCWV Events Chair, Kelly 6 yrs Marines, TCWV Membership Chair,Jo Anna 6 yrs Air Force, and TCWV member, Jill 12 yrs Navy.
⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️⚓️
As Captain Stephanie, from Ms. Fins Oar House Marina, glided the airboat across the marshes and into the Gulf, they were surrounded by the untouched beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast.

The highlight of the day came when a mother dolphin and her baby surfaced alongside the boat, swimming together through the crystal-clear water. The ladies enjoyed nature as pelicans soared overhead, ospreys circled the mangroves, and the peaceful coastal landscape stretched for miles out in the St. Martins Marsh Aquatic Preserve.

From hidden creeks to open Gulf waters, every twisty turn revealed another breathtaking view. It was a day filled with wildlife, adventure, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Nature has a way of reminding us to slow down, look around, and appreciate the incredible beauty waiting just off Florida’s coast.

Thank you ladies for your combined 50 years of service to the US Navy, Air Force, and Marines. On this day, we celebrate you.
