We celebrated two reunifications between the months of July to September. How exciting is that!

We love celebrating when our youths are able to find permanency in their life with either reunification, kinship placement, or adoption! These relationships are crucial to the youth's health and happiness while giving them a safe and stable living situation.

This month on a Saturday we had a lovely group of foster parents from Culpeper, Fauquier, Spotsylvania, and Madison join us for our third in-person training of this year on Self Care. This training was held by Formed Families Forward with the Culpeper Baptist Church allowing us to use their space and help the families with childcare. We are always grateful for their partnership!

Formed Families Forward did an amazing job with stations for different self care activities and a yoga instructor who led the group through different exercises. Breaks and lunch were provided for everyone. Our parents will have more in-person trainings offered next year, and we can't wait to share more from it! ❤
