Get ready for a little Halloween magic at Culpeper County Library! 🧙‍♀️✨ Come in costume (or come as you are—no pressure!) for a not-too-scary story, a fun fall craft, and a trick-or-treat adventure around the library! 🍬🍂

After story time, kids can visit different spots throughout the library to collect treats along the way. It’s a spooktacular time for the whole family! 🧡

🌿🎒 Grant Spotlight: Adventure Backpacks & Nature Backpacks!

Culpeper County Library is grateful to have received a grant from The Power of Change, made possible by voluntary donations from REC members.

With this support, we were able to create new Adventure Backpacks and Nature Backpacks for our Library of Things collection, giving our community new opportunities to explore, learn, and connect with the world around them. These backpacks provide patrons with resources and activities that encourage outdoor exploration, discovery, and family learning.

Thank you to The Power of Change and the REC members whose generous donations help make projects like this possible! 💚

Still looking for a Halloween costume? We've got you covered! 🦸‍♀️🧙‍♂️

Monday, October 19th - 4-6pm
Tuesday, October 20th - 4-6pm

We have various size and styles of costumes left, so we're hosting two more POP-UPs this week! Stop by the library and browse our remaining selection to find the perfect costume for your little trick-or-treater. 🍬🎃

✨ A few reminders:
🎃 Costumes are FREE!
👗 One costume per child.
💜 No donation is required to take a costume.
🧡 Costumes are new or gently used and washed.
