More than 20 departments came together last week for Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Concepts and Operations training - strengthening the coordination, communication, and teamwork that are critical during emergencies and large-scale incidents.
From public safety and public works to logistics, administration, and partner agencies, this training brought together the people who will help keep our community prepared and resilient when it matters most.
Preparedness is a team effort - departments working together as one team with one common goal: keeping our community safe.

Agencies and departments from around the lake gathered this morning for an important summer planning meeting. From lake safety and holiday expectations to educational opportunities and tackling seasonal challenges, a lot of coordination goes into keeping the summer running smoothly!
It may look like “just another meeting,” but behind every safe weekend on the lake is a room full of people planning ahead, working together, and probably debating who drank all the coffee. ☕🚤🌊
