Reminder: Our ribbon cutting event will be tomorrow at 10 a.m. at the Lou Sobh Amphitheater (423 Canton Road). The event is open to the public and will include remarks from Gov. Brian Kemp, Mayor Troy Brumbalow, "Honorary Mayor" 12-year-old Charlie Westbrook, State Rep. Lauren McDonald, Forsyth Central High School Principal Dr. Josh Lowe, and Pastor Bob Jolly of First Baptist Cu***ng. The ribbon cutting makes the end of the City of Cu***ng's construction period and the beginning of individual tenant buildouts. Parking is available in the 11th Street parking lot, adjacent to Forsyth Central High School (a shuttle will be available to transport guests to the amphitheater area). We anticipate a community grand opening event in mid-August (stay tuned for more information on that as we get closer to August!).

Hello neighbors I have organized for the ice cream truck to come through at 4:45 on Wednesday (tentatively depending on weather etc!) I will keep you all posted and post a reminder! UPDATE — 6/13/2020:

Well, we almost missed the meeting today but had enough proxy votes to count for the 2 open HOA board positions. Please look for another update after the HOA board meets (probably next week) to review all business open items, confirm board and officer elections.

Hello PL neighbors.
Stay tuned, but It’s looking like we’ll have to re-schedule the Spring Pool Party . I think Becky’s trying to get input from the HOA as some folks were making some dishes to bring down. It’s looking like 70-100% rain so not looking good. 😢 I believe we’ll update the sign down at the pool and probably will move it down on Pilgrim Mill by the first houses in the neighborhood. Just want to be sure those homeowners that don’t actually turn on FAA Rd very often also see the update.
