Leslie Abernathy Maddox

Leslie Abernathy Maddox is the first and only female State Court Judge in Forsyth County. It is my honor to serve as the C.A.R.E. Court Judge.

As a Judge here in Forsyth County, I handle a variety of types of cases, including civil, misdemeanor and felony cases. In this court I work with those who have severe and persistent mental illness who have been arrested for various crimes. Through this accountability court lives are restored.
