For this position, the candidate will be introduced to every aspect of the sign business throughout their employment.

You will assist in making sure that the shop is running at peak efficiency. You will be responsible for laying vinyl on multiple types of substrates in the shop and in the field, as well as helping the lead installer on larger installs. This position is an entry-level position and minimal experience is required; however, experience will help in determining starting pay.

Minimum Qualifications:

Lift 75 pounds unassisted

Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Know how to operate a Windows-based computer

Know how to read a tape measure to within a 1/16th of an inch

Must be able to take instructions and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in operating a large format printer and/or a vinyl plotter

Sign industry experience

Required Qualifications:

Simple carpentry

Basic construction skills

Good driving record
