Heroic U.S. Army "Hello Girls" of World War I to be honored at Colma cemetery A service honoring the "Hello Girls," women who served as bilingual telephone operators in the U.S. Army Signal Corps during World War I, is set for this weekend at a cemetery in Colma.

⭐️ Each year, Pearl Harbor visitors come together on Dec. 7th to honor the 2,403 service members and civilians who were killed during the Japanese attack on Sunday morning, December 7, 1941.
⭐️ An additional 1,178 people were injured in the attack, which permanently sank two U.S. Navy battleships (the USS Arizona and the USS Utah) and destroyed 188 aircraft.
⭐️ On Aug. 23, 1994, the United States Congress designated Dec. 7 as National Pearl Harbor Day.
