The Friends of Lumpkin County Library want to thank our Summer Reading Program sponsors and donors. Here are a few folks who I'm sure would agree.

One of the questions we hear so often when we are out and about is "Where is the library?" So local artist (and Circulation Assistant!) Em Sundstrom designed these nifty bookmarks for us! We are adding them to our outreach bags and dropping them off around town. If you are a local organization/business and would like a few to hand out, let us know!

Welcome Juliet! The Friends look forward to working with you.

The Lumpkin County Library is pleased to welcome Juliet Sexton as our new Branch Manager. Juliet brings several years of experience with the Chestatee Regional Library System, along with a strong background in literature, library management, and community engagement.

As a published author, she also brings a unique perspective on storytelling, creativity, and the importance of connecting readers with books. Her passion for serving the community and fostering meaningful relationships makes her an outstanding addition to our library.

We are excited to have Juliet leading our branch and look forward to the many ways she will help our library continue to grow and serve the residents of Lumpkin County.
