Evergreen Learning had a wonderful time attending the University of North Georgia women’s soccer match vs. Lenoir-Rhyne for Military/Veteran Appreciation Day! We loved cheering on the Nighthawks while also honoring the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

We’re proud to support our local student-athletes and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate both our Nighthawks and our military community!

The Nighthawks conclude their regular season against Clayton State on Saturday, October 23. Kickoff is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the UNG Soccer Field.

UNG Evergreen Learning is incredibly honored to bring a $97,300 USDA Rural Business Development Grant to Lumpkin County through our North Georgia Rural AI Competitiveness Initiative.

This exciting initiative will equip 34 rural business owners, including 5 farmers and ranchers, with hands-on AI training, technical assistance, and $1,000 each to purchase professional AI tools to help them work smarter, improve productivity, and grow their businesses.

💻 Empowering our community through technology.

Kim Harris recently attended Cybersecurity and Protecting Seniors with Dr. Bryson Payne and the CyberHawks through the PEAKS program, and left with a fresh perspective on staying safe online.

"Older people are challenged sometimes by technology and it’s very eye-opening to think you know something about technology when you really don’t and this program kind of opened my eyes.

Your password should be better, there’s certain things you shouldn’t do and it was just a very well thought out class. The CyberHawks answered all my questions and Dr. Payne was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed this class!”
