Today marks the opening gavel of the "3rd Suppression Session" of this 87th Legislature and the #1 Topic will be Redistricting. We saw the Republican drawn State Senate map on Saturday, and only in Texas can minorities account for 95% of the population growth over the past decade but lose representation.
