Good morning, KIPPster Families! We have some exciting events coming up this month—mark your calendars!

🔴 Red Ribbon Week:
Kickoff starts Monday, October 26th!
🖼️ Check out the attached flyer for daily theme details!

📚 Character Parade (During the School Day - Oct 29th):
Scholars are invited to dress up as their favorite character from a book!
📖 Requirement: Scholars must bring the matching book with them to school.
⚠️ Important Note: To maintain campus security and classroom schedules, the parade is for students only (no parents will be allowed). We will be taking plenty of photos to share!

🗓️ Date: Thursday, October 29th
⏰ Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Good morning KIPP Truth Families! 🌟 We have a fun-filled end of October ahead! Here are a few important reminders:

🎀 Red Ribbon Week (Oct 26–30): Join us as we celebrate making healthy choices! Check out the flyer attached for each day's dress-up theme!

🎃 Character Parade (Oct 29 - Morning): Scholars only! Our KIPPsters will show off their favorite book character costumes during our morning parade. Students must bring the book to participate. (Note: This event is for scholars and staff only—no parent visitors allowed).

🔢 MATH-OWEEN Family Night (Oct 29 - Afternoon): Bring the whole family! Join us in the back parking lot for fun math games, sweet treats, and trick-or-treating! 🍬🎮

October festivities are right around the corner, and we need your help to make our upcoming Trunk-or-Treat and fall celebrations extra sweet for our KIPPsters! 🐅✨

We are accepting donations of unopened, factory-sealed bags of candy at the front office now through late October.

Every bag donated helps ensure a fun and memorable experience for all of our scholars. Thank you so much for your continuous generosity and support! 💙

🎀 Pink Fridays: Wear PINK every Friday in October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! (School-appropriate outfits only) 👚💗

🎟️ Thursday, Oct. 8th – State Fair Tickets: Attendance is mandatory! State Fair of Texas tickets will ONLY be handed out on this day. 🎡
