Within hours, U.S. Navy SEALs were deployed to evacuate them.

Under cover of darkness, SEAL teams landed on the shores of Liberia, moving quickly through chaos to secure the embassy and ensure the safety of Americans.

There was no time for fanfare.
No headlines to announce their arrival.
Only a mission to get people out before the conflict could get worse.

These men were already there — doing what was necessary, before anyone even knew it was happening.
