It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Marty Mintz—a beloved teacher, devoted volunteer, and cherished friend. Marty shaped lives through his generosity of spirit and his passion for learning, always giving his time and wisdom with kindness and humor.

Marty’s love for Judaism, movies, and—above all—his family defined him. Whether in the classroom, the community, or a conversation about a favorite film, he had a rare way of making people feel seen and valued. He leaves behind a legacy of learning, service, and love that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.
May his memory be for a blessing. 💙
