ICSC Las Vegas is around the corner, and the Lewisville Economic Development team will be there. We will be meeting with retailers, developers, and brokers who are looking for their next high-performing location.
If you’re tracking growth in DFW, Lewisville deserves a closer look — strategic access (15 minutes to DFW Airport, 25 to Downtown Dallas), established income levels, rail access at Old Town Station, and multiple active opportunity zones including Old Town, the Lake District gateway, the Southern Gateway, and the mall area.

Our Economic Development team was proud to host such a strong group of real estate, planning and development professionals for a conversation on the projects shaping our city’s future.
A thank you to our panelists and moderator—Paul Cristina, P.E. (), Mary Day (Matthews), Brian Moore (), John Williams (), and Christopher Hernandez (Pape-Dawson) for sharing their insights on projects that are transforming Lake Park, Old Town, and the former Vista Mall site, and for discussing what it takes to push catalytic projects from idea to activation.
