As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re reminded that healing, support, and hope don’t stop here.

At Harmony CDC we believe there are more good days ahead. More healing. More growth. More support. More moments where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Let’s continue choosing care, compassion, and community long after May ends.

Here’s to more good days. 💛

25 years ago, a vision was planted.

Over the years, that vision has grown into stronger families, empowered individuals, revitalized neighborhoods, and lives changed across our community.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we’re reflecting on where we’ve been and looking ahead to what’s next.

The story is still being written.

Honoring the past. Building the future. Together.

❤️ Community is everything.

Our Whole & Empowered cohort gathers monthly outside the classroom to build meaningful relationships—because lasting transformation doesn’t happen alone.

From shared meals to fun activities like candle-making, these experiences foster connection, build trust, and create safe, supportive spaces where participants feel seen and valued. We are building a community that supports each participant on their journey toward long-term stability and success.

🏠 Did you know?

Dallas and Collin counties have now seen five consecutive years of declining homelessness.

At Housing Forward NTX's recent State of Homelessness Address, Harmony joined community leaders to hear the latest progress, including an 87% reduction in unsheltered homelessness in Downtown Dallas since 2024 through the Street to Home Initiative—a collaborative effort we were proud to support.

We’re energized and inspired after participating in the Force for Good Kick-Off Workshop in Plano!

Harmony CDC was selected through a competitive pool of local and international nonprofits to partner with JPMorganChase’s tech workforce—strengthening our impact and helping us better serve our communities. Over the next six months, we’ll be working together, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
