Our community will benefit from supporting young men like senior, Isaac Molina who spent his summer interning for UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is an aspiring doctor who has dreams of attending Johns Hopkins University.

We did it! Career Day was a success. This year, we're launching North Texas Giving Day with our Career Day on September 18th! Career Day equips BOMLA students with the resources and guidance to make informed decisions about their future.

Students will have the chance to connect with community leaders from various industries across Dallas/Ft. Worth. There are still four workshop slots available. The young men of the Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy (BOMLA) are the heart and soul of our mission. For over a decade, FRIENDS of BOMLA has been the lifeline that bridges the gap between available school district funding and necessary student opportunities. Through leadership intensives, life-changing cultural immersions, and inspiring college tours, we’ve turned dreams into reality for our students. This North Texas Giving Day, from September 1-19, join us in transforming lives—one brother at a time. Your support will help us continue to build the future these young leaders deserve.

Thanks to you, Brother Jeremiah Lewis, a 6th grader, attended the Lone Star Leadership Academy this summer. Brother Malcolm Moore, a 10th grader, traveled to Berlin, Germany, where he learned German and explored the land's history. These experiences are vital for personal growth, leadership skills, and cultural awareness. With your continued support, our brothers participate in transformative summer leadership development camps and cultural immersions each year.
