Tonight, JVP DFW and our comrades for a free Palestine declared with a banner drop: AIPAC OUT of Dallas!

AIPAC, The American Israel Public Affairs Committee, is hosting a “network event” nearby at the Jewish Federation of Dallas. As Israel’s primary lobbying group, AIPAC is responsible for funnelling millions of dollars into supporting its warmongering agenda, even as Israel continues to commit genocide against Palestinians and wages atrocities across the entire region. We refuse to stand idly by while a local Jewish institution allows AIPAC to conduct meetings on their premises. We reject imperialism, we reject Zionism, and we reject AIPAC — in Dallas and everywhere.

Jewish Voice for Peace Dallas-Fort Worth stands in solidarity with our comrades in UTD Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), now .dallas who have been unjustly suspended by the university for exercising their First Amendment right to protest UTD’s complicity in ongoing genocide.

JVP DFW demands that UTD immediately remove the suspension, reinstate SJP, apologize for violating their own students First Amendment Rights, and divest from genocide, apartheid, and settler colonialism.
