Later this morning, RHCA and OSHA leadership signed an agreement reaffirming their mutual commitment to work side by side in providing guidance, training, and resources to organizations, small businesses, and companies seeking to strengthen and implement effective safety programs.

In collaboration, our mission is to continue building safer workplaces and a stronger industry culture focused on protection, education, and collaboration.

Originally from Alajuela, Costa Rica, Jose brings more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in workforce development, electrical systems, inspections, and field operations. Currently serving with DEWALT (Stanley Black & Decker) as Market Manager for the DFW and West Texas region, he has dedicated his career to supporting the trades and advancing industry training opportunities.

Jose’s leadership, hands-on industry experience, and commitment to strengthening the construction workforce make him a valuable addition to the RHCA Board. We look forward to his contributions and continued impact across our industry and communities.
