Our next North Paulding Theatre Company Senior Spotlight is Evan Dunnam!
1. My name is Evan Dunnam and I have been doing theatre for three years.
2. After high school I plan on attending Georgia College and State University to study physics.
3. My favorite show that I have been a part of has been Into the Woods Jr.
4. My dream role is really any male role in either Book of Mormon or Avenue Q, anything I could get in either show would be awesome.
5. Theatre has been able to bring me close to so many amazing people that I never would have had the chance to become friends with otherwise, and I am so glad that for the past three years I have been able to find such an amazing and loving group of people to call my friends.
6. If my life was made into a movie, I would want Chris Pratt to play me (either the one from "Parks and Rec" or "Guardians of the Galaxy", beggars can't be choosers)
7. I think the thing I'll miss most from North will be seeing my friends every day.
8. My favorite high school memory is probably heading back home from prom while everyone was screaming lyrics to their favorite songs and I got to hang out of a limo going through Atlanta and watch see the city lit up at night.
9. Quarantine has really let me explore my creative side, and I've been able to find time to learn to play the guitar.
10. My words of advice to the younger class would be to not sweat the little things, just see where life takes you and don't let any little bumps in the road deter you!

Our next North Paulding Theatre Company Senior Spotlight is Gabrielle Punzalan!
1. I am Gabrielle Punzalan and I’ve been doing theatre for 5 years now.
2. After graduation, I plan on attending Georgia State University to major in Film & Media and pursue a creative career in film or writing.
3. My favorite show to be apart of was Elf Jr. because I love Christmas, the cast, and I got my dream role for my last show.
4. My dream role is either Gigi Van Tranh/Kim from Miss Saigon or Eponine in Les Miserable.
5. I was going through a rough time in my life, theatre allowed me to be surrounded by uplifting individuals and to express myself
on stage. Theatre helped me build back my confidence and helped me realize my full potential.
6. In ten years I’ll be on one side of two extremes: working in the film industry/publishing my own book OR sleeping on my big sister’s couch.
7. For my pre-show ritual, I go to a corner and pray (for a good show and for the rest of the cast) and hype myself up.
8. 3 words that describe me are loyal, creative, and INFJ.
9. Quarantine has given me time to re-evaluate the future and think over the path I’m currently going down. It’s given me much time to actually do the things I want that I wasn’t able to do because I was so focused on school. Time to myself allows me to improve my mental health.
10. To the younger classes: Please don’t focus on getting validation from other people. When I changed my mindset and started to focus on myself more, stopped comparing myself to others, and was less strict on myself, I realized that I became much happier with myself. Love yourself 💜

Today’s North Paulding Theatre Company Senior Spotlight is Trinity Young!
1. My name is Trinity Young and I have been apart of theatre since my freshmen year.
2. My plans for after high school are to go to Georgia Highlands to complete my core classes then transfer to a university. My career goal is to be a Physical Therapist.
3. My favorite show I have been apart of is a tie between the Little Mermaid or Be More Chill.
4. My dream role is to be what ever role I am given the opportunity to play. I appreciate every role in different ways.
5. Theatre has impacted me in many ways. It is the thing I will remember most when I look back on my high school years. It is an amazing passion I have discovered I loved and I have had the opportunity to make incredible friends. The memories of being apart of a cast, especially on show night, will always give me joy.
6. This quarantine has positively impacted me by I am thankful for this season of rest. I feel so many people have come together during this chaotic time period and they have come together to rejoice. I feel once our daily distractions are put on pause we are able to see how feel grateful we are. I also feel God has shown me the beauty in the little things.
7. My words of advice to give the younger class is: have fun. Truly enjoy theatre in high school as something you get to do with your friends. I think people get caught up in trying to get the best roles, drama, or being competitive but as I am about to graduate I realize none of that matters. What matters is the amazing memories and friendships I've made.
8. One of my favorite high school memories was the night of my first show. That incredible feeling of brining a character to life for the first time and hearing the audience laugh is something I'll never forget. Me and my cast (it was most of our first legit shows so we were very nervous) were behind one of the sets before the show began and we were just lifting one another up. And I can never forget coming off stage after the show ended and people coming up to me congratulating me: that moment was filled with pure love.
9. I will miss seeing my friends, football games, theatre, and Ms. Patterson from North Paulding High school.
10. If I were to be shipped wrecked and were able to bring 2 items I would bring my journal and a pen to write my experiences down.
