The Neighborhood Services Department is established to eliminate community deterioration and ensure decent, safe, and sanitary housing and community facilities throughout Balch Springs. We envision all residents of the City of Balch Springs be provided with safe, clean and affordable housing, and participate in the strategic redevelopment of the city's neighborhoods.
