This week, over 70 young adults are in Dallas preparing to serve children across North Texas in free summer camps filled with literacy, enrichment, and summer fun! Before the first child walks through our doors, these young leaders are building community, growing as mentors, and preparing to create a summer that will make a lasting difference. We cannot wait to see the impact they will have in the weeks ahead. ☀️📚

We are so thankful to our friends at Highland Park United Methodist Church for hosting an incredible conversation about the intersection between legacy and philanthropy with Todd Healy and Phil Cubeta. We were joined by our long-term supporters and participated alongside our wonderful community partners including Wesley-Rankin Community Center, Austin Street Center, and St. Philip's School and Community Center. Thank you for such an inspirational morning! 💚

Yesterday we celebrated an incredible year with our 25-26 afterschool team with an outing where we had so much fun celebrating and competing together.

We are so proud of each of them and how they served their community this year, kudos to these inspiring leaders! 💚

We are reminiscing and sharing some of our favorite photos from afterschool as we celebrate the last day of the 25-26 afterschool program at our 2 sites! 📚

With a special thank you to our AmeriCorps members who continue to show up each day to mentor and be a bright light for the participants. 💚

Game faces on, plates full and hearts fuller. 🪅🍔🎉

Last night our families brought the energy for Family Fun Night! From adults vs kids kickball, water games, lotería and piñata breaking there was something for everyone!

It was a great night of community building and fun! 💚

Our 2026 Partners in Transformation Luncheon was a joyous celebration as we met with friends who share a passion for Project Transformation North Texas! 💚 The event program revolved around the theme: Helping Dreams Come True.

Rev. Amy Spaur opened the afternoon with a powerful prayer. Kirsten Brandt James presented the Transformation Maker Award to Methodist Health System and gave her visionary remarks. Rev. Dr. Joe Stobaugh called us to action and Caesar Rentie inspired us (and made us laugh!) with his message on consistency, love, and faith.

Whether you joined us at the luncheon yesterday or supported from afar, we’re so grateful for your heart for our mission. 💚 THANK YOU! Please view our impact video shared at the event yesterday. Because of your generosity and belief in what’s possible for our community, we’ve raised an incredible $115,000 toward our $150,000 goal! We’re not quite there yet and we need your help to close the gap. >>> https://projecttransformation.org/nor.../get-involved/donate
