The Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) is a division of the City Manager's office at the City of Dallas.

The City of Dallas Office of Arts and Culture is the custodian of 19 city-owned cultural facilities, where a wide variety of arts and cultural programs are offered for citizens and visitors. These facilities consist of many of our community's most important cultural venues, and when combined, represent more than 1.5 million square feet of space dedicated to arts and cultural functions in our commu

☀️A full day of outdoor performances, food trucks, local vendors, and family-friendly activities to the community. 🎨Featuring a diverse lineup of music artists, the festival creates a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates creativity and culture.

Pegasus Film Festival is happening this weekend from June 5-7! 🎥

This is the largest highschool student led film festival in the nation with over 100 submissions from countries including but not limited to Croatia, Taiwan, and Ukraine! Not only is the festival a place to watch films, but of to experience the upcoming community of arts and entertainment and the talents that these young filmmakers bring.

🎨💥"Hecho en Dallas" is more than an exhibition, it’s be an experience! Join us in celebrating the artists, musicians, and creative voices that make our city a creative destination. Attend our summer programming of mixers and artist talks, live music, guided tours, community artmaking, and special events designed to bring people together through art and culture.

The event kick's off with an opening celebration this Saturday, June 6, 2026 with Sabor Puro Cumbia and Representa Foundation from 6 to 9 p.m. Throughout June and July, connect with Dallas artists Eliana Miranda, Antonio Lechuga, and Francisco Moreno through a series of artist talks and mixers designed to bring the artist community together.

Explore the exhibition during weekend guided tours, and join local artists and organizations for Community Craft Day on June 20 from Noon to 5 p.m. Our newest program, "En Vivo", launches June 13 with an evening of live music and cultural programming. The season concludes with a Closing Reception featuring Los Gran Reyes on July 18 beginning at 6 p.m.
