More than 42 million people in the U.S. are food insecure. 4.3 million Texans are food insecure, including nearly 1 out of every 4 children.

The Texas Hunger Initiative's North Texas Regional Office works to ensure that all people in the North Texas area have access to three healthy meals a day, every day.
