A small team of The Friends of the Texas Vietnam Veterans Memorial had a roadtrip to Ranger TX to visit The Wall That Heals. We made new friends and heard a lot of stories. One gentleman name Greg could have gone all day with stories from around the the world. He, Lupe and Bill are well educated in military history. It was kinda slow but it was early in the day. We enjoyed the good weather and beautiful Texas hill counrty. On the way out of Ranger we stop at the Ranger Vietnam Memorial Park. It's a small Memorial but honored the guys from their hometown. I also found a name for my friend in San Antonio, Ramiro Rios Ramirez, also an 11th LIB Americal grunt. It was a good day.
