Log Cabin + @GOP. Work to build a stronger, more inclusive party by promoting its core values šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Welcome speech by our national board member,
Simon Michael

I was raised in a family that installed in me the value of love, loyalty, and helping others.

I believe in family, faith and country, and I’m proud that the United States is my country, even though I wasn’t born here.

As a legal immigrant, I’m thankful to freely practice my Christian beliefs and conservative values.

And It’s been an honor to be part of this growing organization over the last year.

it’s so amazing to see the love, dedication and the support of our members creating a Home for many of us in the Republican party to go to.

And tonight,
We gather here to emphasize what binds us together:

faith in the Constitution, respect for personal responsibility, and a commitment to the enduring values that have made our nation strong.

We believe in limited government, where power returns to the people and to the communities that sustain us—families, churches, small businesses, and neighbors helping neighbors.

We cherish freedom—economic freedom that creates opportunity, educational freedom that equips every child to pursue a brighter future, and individual liberty that guards us from overreach at any level of government.

We stand for a strong national defense, a secure border, and the rule of law that keeps our neighborhoods safe.

We honor our Founding Fathers’ vision:

Just like president Lincoln often said, the government should be of the people, by the people, and for the people, not a distant power that forgets the very citizens it is meant to serve.

We champion fiscal responsibility, balanced budgets, and the wise, careful, and responsible management of taxpayers’ hard-earned dollars.

Most importantly, we keep faith with the principle that America’s greatness comes from the courage to do what is right, the humility to listen, and the resolve to leave a better nation for our children and grandchildren.

May we govern with humility, act with integrity, and always defend the liberty and dignity of every American.

Thank you, and God bless you all
And may God bless America.

This Memorial Day, let us pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, and honor the selfless sacrifices that make our freedom possible.

May we carry forward their legacy with gratitude, unity, and a renewed commitment to the values they defended.

To the families who carry the weight of loss, we see you, we honor you, and we thank you for the courage you show every day.

Let’s come together in remembrance, celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, and strive to build a future worthy of their sacrifices.

incredible guest speaker:

My name is Neda, and by the grace of God, I am a daughter of Christ.

I come from the hidden underground house churches of Iran. My faith was born in silence and shaped in the midst of darkness — from a place where truth is often threatened, where the true God is not rightly revealed, and where many believe they know God, yet do not truly know Him. I come from a country where a religious dictatorship seeks to silence every voice of truth.

In 2004, I gave my heart to Jesus Christ forever.

At the time I found Christ, I was not connected to any church. I had only a small amount of knowledge about Jesus and Christianity through Christian satellite programs, but even with that little understanding, I sensed that the answers to my restless and searching soul could be found in Him.

At one point, someone gave me a Bible as a gift. I began reading it prayerfully, asking the Lord to reveal the truth to me. The more I read the Word of God, the more the veils began to fall from my eyes. And even now, I know that through Christ, many more veils and hidden things will continue to be removed throughout my life as He reveals Himself more and more.

Through continual prayer and by the power of the Holy Spirit, my husband also miraculously gave his life to Christ. In the Lord’s guidance, we were then connected to a blessed house church, where we began to grow in faith and walk more deeply with Him.

Since then, we have experienced many blessings, wonders, and works of God in our lives. But above all, the greatest miracle has been His transforming work within each of us.

My testimony is not only that God changed my circumstances — it is that He changed me. Jesus Christ found me, opened my eyes, and gave me life, truth, and a living relationship with Him. For that, I am forever grateful.
