We are excited to announce that our friend and tenant, Teiichi Sakurai, is being featured on KERA CEO! Sakurai brings an authentic Japanese culinary experience to Tei-An, located in One Arts Plaza and Ten Ramen, located at The Shacks in The Colony. He will join Lee Cullum to detail the process of making soba noodles, the house specialty he mastered over the course of nearly two years.
