📣 October is Principal Appreciation Month! Our Principal is deeply committed to building another quality public education option for Danbury families with the community at the heart of it.
🌟 Mr. Dan Hicks
🎉 We are honored to highlight our exemplary leader that has led the successful implementation and management of the International Baccalaureate (IB) programming for two other schools in Connecticut.
🗣 Our first Families United Coalition Meeting of the 2026-2027 school year kicked off with Dan connecting with leaders, partners, students, and youth volunteers about bringing the first Charter School to this city. Our voices are growing stronger because we are working more and more with the Danbury community.
💫 Dan Hicks' incredibly big heart, unrelenting belief in the great potential of all scholars, intensely hard work and passion, and people first leadership is a gift to our Danbury Charter School.
You inspire the best and help goals come true.
You are full of light and are brilliantly YOU.
🫶 Thank you a million times for your service and positive impact.
