We are saddened to share this news. Helen spent 30 years as part of the Danville-Center Township Public Library family.

Helen's husband, Chuck, is also a familiar part of our library family, generously giving his time as a longtime member and past Treasurer of the Friends of the Library.

Together, they gave so much of their time and hearts to our library, and that is something we will always appreciate and remember.

Chuck, our hearts are with you during this difficult time. Please know how much you both mean to our library family.

We send our heartfelt condolences to the entire family and everyone whose lives Helen touched.

Wreath pickup for our first Festival of Wreaths fundraiser officially begins TODAY!

Stop by the library anytime between now and November 7 to register and pick up your wreath! 🎀

They're already going fast, and we're SO thankful for the enthusiastic response we've received from our community! We can't wait to see everyone's creativity come to life!

Local businesses, organizations, families, and individuals, we invite you to participate in our Festival of Wreaths Fundraiser!

For just $5, pick up an 18" wreath, decorate it with your own creative flair, and return it to the library for our silent auction!

Calling all toddler and preschool families! Join us next week for special Trick or Treat storytimes!🎃

We invite kids to wear their favorite costumes, hear a story, and explore the library while getting tasty candy along the way!🍬

Our Trick or Treat Toddler Tales is next Monday at 10am, and Preschool Storytime is Tuesday at 10am. We hope to see you there!

What an incredible week we've had! 🚀🌎

It's been Space Week at the Library, sponsored by Hendricks County Community Foundation, and the excitement has been out of this world! From STEM programs and storytimes to "Our Weird and Wild Universe" presented by Smithsonian Associates, we've had so many opportunities to explore, learn, and discover together.

Today, more than 130 people journeyed through the cosmos right here at the Library with the Sky Dome Planetarium! ✨

You could feel the excitement throughout the Library all week long.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who attended programs, participated, and helped make this week possible. We're so grateful to be able to bring these incredible experiences to our community!
