💚💛 Why Boyle? Meet Jennifer Pierson!

With 26 years in education, Woodlawn Elementary Principal Jennifer Pierson knows that sometimes the smallest moments make the biggest difference.

For Jennifer, it's all about making sure students feel welcomed, wanted and loved. One of her favorite parts of the day? Greeting students each morning and helping set a positive tone for their day.

She also recognizes the important role our bus drivers play, often being the first friendly faces our students see each morning!

Why Boyle? Meet Cindy Qualls!

It's National School Lunch Week, and we couldn't think of a better time to highlight someone from our AMAZING Food Service team!

This week, we're featuring Cindy Qualls, Assistant Food Service Director, who shares how Boyle County Schools makes an impact far beyond the classroom.

One example? Our summer Food Distribution Days! On one day alone, our Food Service team packed and loaded more than 1,900 meals for families in our community!

That's a lot of meals, a lot of hard work and a whole lot of heart!

We say it often, but we truly have the BEST Food Service staff! They do so much more than prepare meals. They take care of our students, support our families and make a difference every day.

Behind these results are hardworking students, dedicated staff and a school community committed to excellence every day.

For 27 years, Lisa Adams has been part of the Boyle County Schools family, serving in several different roles at Boyle County Middle School, Woodlawn Elementary and now Perryville Elementary, where she serves as an Interventionist.

If you know Lisa, you know the soft-spoken, calm and reassuring nature she brings to everything she does. Lisa shares what makes this district so special. For her, it's the unity across our schools and the way we come together to celebrate ALL students and their accomplishments.

We're grateful for the 27 years Lisa has dedicated to Boyle County Schools and the countless students she's impacted along the way!

Why Boyle? For agriculture teacher Haley Pinkston, it comes down to one word: intentionality.

Haley says you instantly feel the culture and community that make Boyle special. In every classroom, inside and out, students are being empowered and given opportunities to learn and grow.

She points to staff like Coach Fei, who empowers students in the classroom and then pours herself into Boyle County Sports Network to create even more opportunities for them.

Hear Haley share her “Why Boyle?” and the intentional work that makes a difference for our students every day.
