Potters Mill Property Owners Association Potter's Mill Neighborhood is a picturesque community located in Olde Town Daphne just steps from Mobile Bay. There are 3 vacant lots and 69 custom built homes.

Potter's Mill is a covenanted community consisting of 72 lots. This community is all about location. It is within easy walking distance to Mobile Bay, May Day Park & Pier, Bayside Academy, Christ the King Church & School and W J Carroll Intermediate School. Area restaurants in walking distance are: East Shore Cafe, Guido's, Cousin Vinny's. Potter's Mill has an active HOA, which hosts Block Parties and sponsors the Christmas Luminaries each year.

🚧 Big Changes Coming to Olde Towne Daphne! 🚧
Have you noticed all the utility work happening downtown lately?
The City of Daphne is moving forward with its massive, multi-year Main Street improvement project stretching from Lott Park to Potters Mill!
Here is what you need to know about the timeline and what's coming:
Phase 1: Burying the Power Lines — Right now, the focus is on the massive task of moving all utilities underground. It’s a huge undertaking, but it will completely clear up our downtown views!🚶‍♂️
Phase 2: Sidewalks & Parking — Once the lines are buried, continuous, ADA-compliant sidewalks will be built on BOTH sides of Main Street, along with new street-side parking for easier business access.⏳ The Timeline — Because burying high-voltage lines is highly complex, the full streetscape overhaul is a phased project expected to take up to 4 years total to fully wrap up.Everything is timing out beautifully for Daphne's future. The completed sidewalks and streetscapes are expected to align with other massive downtown milestones, including the grand reopening of the Bayfront Park Amphitheater & Boardwalk ahead of Daphne's Centennial!
