Quick note: A man has been traversing the country for the last couple weeks, starting in California, passing through Nevada, Oklahoma, Florida, and a bunch of other places, visiting or attempting to visit the roadside attractions and museums mentioned in the "Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota." This original Weird AL song has added a whole new level of visitors to our town including some very interesting folk. This fellow's trip is called "Twineball Journey," and you can follow him on Facebook. His 27th and last major stop on this journey will be the Twine Ball itself. He plans to arrive at Sunset on Wednesday the 9th. C'mon down if you're curious about why someone would drive all around this great big world just to see a giant ball of twine.
