The Town of Davie is hosting its annual resident-only Independence Day "Fun on the 4th" celebration at Pine Island Park (Bamford Sports Complex), located at 3801 S. Pine Island Road, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m.

Activities will take place on the Padre and Mariner fields. The event schedule is as follows:
โ€ข 5 p.m.: Gates open for registered Davie residents.
โ€ข 6 - 9 p.m.: Enjoy live music by Tim Charron, children's rides, food trucks and family activities.
โ€ข 9 p.m.: Drone show performance commences.
โ€ข 9:10 p.m.: Fireworks and patriotic music conclude the celebration.

Residents are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. The last entry into the park will be at 8:30 p.m.

Register to Attend:

Please note that the event is limited to Davie residents only. Pre-registration is required through the Town of Davie's online WebTrac program at www.davie-fl.gov/EventRegistration or in person at the Pine Island Multipurpose Center.

Current WebTrac users can use their existing login credentials to register now. New WebTrac users must call 954-327-3941 to receive a unique username and password to the online portal. The Pine Island Multipurpose Center is open for event registration Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The last day to register for the event is Wednesday, July 1, 2026. One ticket will be issued per household/vehicle for entry. The event ticket will be emailed prior to the event. Tickets are non-transferable and walk-ins will not be permitted.

To ensure everyone's safety, personal fireworks are not permitted in the park.

The Town of Davie governmental offices will be closed on Thursday, June 18, 2026, in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. Municipal offices will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, June 22, 2026.

Park Information:

โ€ข The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Departmentโ€™s Administration and Special Events offices will be closed.
โ€ข The Pine Island Multipurpose Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
โ€ข Town parks, playgrounds and restrooms will be open from 9 a.m. to sunset, with the exception of: Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly Park will close at 9 p.m.; Pine Island Park/Bamford Sports Complex will close at 10 p.m.
โ€ข The Pine Island Fitness and Aquatic Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.
โ€ข Betty Booth Roberts Pool will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Solid Waste Service Update:

Garbage and bulk trash pick-up services will operate on the normal schedule.

Join us at Old Davie School Museum & Event Venue on Saturday, June 20 from 1:00โ€“2:30 PM for a colorful hands-on experience filled with creativity, old-fashioned fun, and sweet memories.

Guests will learn how to create their own tie-dye masterpiece and make ice cream the old-fashioned way!

โœจ Participant tickets are $20 for ages 5+ and include:

Adults who would like to tie-dye should purchase a $20 participant ticket.

Accompanying adult tickets are $14 for adults who are attending with a child but not participating in tie-dye. This ticket includes entry and ice cream only.
