June is Pride Month — a time to celebrate the resilience, leadership, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community, while also recognizing the ongoing work needed to achieve true equality. 🏳️‍🌈

At Yolo County Children’s Alliance, we believe strong communities are built when everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and belonging. Pride is both a celebration and a reminder that LGBTQ+ individuals still face barriers to safety, opportunity, and full inclusion.

We are committed to standing with the LGBTQ+ community and continuing the work of building a more equitable, inclusive community for all.

At Yolo County Children’s Alliance, we see every day how powerful a mother’s love can be — whether it’s showing up through challenges, advocating for a child’s future, building stability, or creating opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

To all the moms and caregivers in our communities: thank you for the sacrifices you make, the comfort you give, and the strength you carry, even on the hardest days.
