Weekend driver training with C-shift. Helping with training new drivers is a great way for every member of the crew to work on skills and keep them fresh. This particular drill requires the driver to workout pump calculations of multiple lines in real time, all while maintaining the proper pressure in each line as more and more lines are being put in service.

The drill occurs on three separate shift days to cover the three different shift schedules so that all personnel complete the training. Radio channels will be utilized by dispatch, the incident commander and emergency responders to help simulate live radio use. These radio broadcasts are sometimes picked up by the public, so please be aware that THIS IS A DRILL ONLY.
