Butler Township has scheduled the following public hearings for Tuesday, November 17, 2026.

Board of Zoning Appeals - 6:00 p.m.
Case No. BZA 10-26: Conditional use request for a truck service center at 11727 N. Dixie Drive.

Zoning Commission - 6:30 p.m.
Case No. ZC 3-26: Zoning classification change and Preliminary and Final Development Plan requests for a proposed Kroger Marketplace and associated uses at 8515 N. Dixie Drive (former Murlin school property) and 8425 N. Dixie Drive.

The Butler Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing regarding a petition to establish a street lighting district for Oaks of Yorkshire Subdivision on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 5:30 p.m.

The proposed district would provide for the ongoing operation and maintenance of street lighting within the subdivision.
