🎉 Celebrating One Year of Service! 👏

Help us congratulate Ada Wood on reaching one year with the Montgomery County Recorder’s Office!

Over the past year, Ada has played an important role in the work of our Records & Archives Center, helping maintain the accuracy, organization, and imaging of records that serve our community. The dedication, care, and professionalism brought to this work make a real difference in our day-to-day operations.

Ada, thank you for being part of our team and for the contributions you make to our office and Montgomery County. We’re grateful to have you on board and look forward to what’s ahead! 🎊

Today, I was honored to join Judge Brannon at Probate Court in recognizing National Adoption Day and celebrating the families whose lives are forever changed through adoption.

As someone who has personally experienced fostering, this day holds a special place in my heart. Every child deserves a safe, loving, and supportive place to call home, and it is incredibly meaningful to recognize the families who make that possible.

On behalf of the Montgomery County Recorder’s Office, I was proud to once again present a proclamation recognizing National Adoption Day and honoring the children, families, and individuals who make these new beginnings possible.

Congratulations to every family celebrating this special milestone! May this next chapter bring a lifetime of love, happiness, and opportunity. 💙✨

Another great meeting at the Home Builders Association of Dayton’s Builders & Developers Forum! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with local industry professionals and learn more about the business growth and development happening in Trotwood.

Our office appreciates every opportunity to connect with home builders and developers, share resources, and educate attendees on the programs we offer to help protect property owners throughout Montgomery County.👏

💙 Happy Employee Appreciation Day! 👏

Today, I want to take a moment to thank each and every member of my team for the hard work, dedication, and care they bring to the Montgomery County Recorder’s Office every day!

From helping residents protect their property through our free Fraud Alert Notification (FAN) System, to carefully reviewing and recording documents, serving our veterans, and maintaining the county’s historical records for future generations, every employee plays an important role in keeping our office running securely, efficiently, and with the friendly service our community deserves.

So much of what we accomplish happens behind the scenes, but the impact of our team’s work is felt throughout Montgomery County. I am incredibly proud of the people who make up this office and the commitment they show to the residents we serve.

Our office wouldn’t be the gold standard without the outstanding staff who make it possible! Thank you for everything you do. You are appreciated today and every day! 💙

✨ Celebrating the Leaders Who Make a Difference!

My team and I had a wonderful evening attending the Dayton Branch NAACP’s 75th Hall of Freedom Awards Banquet! It was an honor to be part of an event recognizing the individuals who are making a meaningful impact in our community and helping create opportunities for others to succeed.

Congratulations to all the nominees and honorees whose leadership, dedication, and service deserve to be celebrated! Events like this are a great reminder of the importance of coming together, recognizing the work of others, and continuing to build a stronger community for future generations.

A special thank-you to President Dr. Derrick Forward and the Dayton Branch NAACP for hosting such an inspiring evening and bringing our community together to celebrate these outstanding leaders. 👏

🤝 Connecting with the Community!

I always enjoy partnering with our county officials, and Clerk of Courts Mike Foley has been a great partner in helping us connect with residents at the Employment Opportunity Center (EOC)!

We had a wonderful crowd with great questions and conversation. We appreciate the opportunity to share information about deed fraud prevention and our free Fraud Alert Notification (FAN) System. 🏡🔔

Thank you to Mike Foley and the EOC for welcoming us and helping us educate, protect, and serve our community!
