YouthBuild Dayton is proud to recognize Sora, an exceptional young man who has taken a courageous step into the future of advanced manufacturing!

Sora earned placement in the highly focused, 16-week Accelerated Training in Defense Manufacturing (ATDM) program at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research in Danville, Virginia. He began his training on October 7, 2026, preparing for a career in the defense manufacturing industry.

While at YouthBuild Dayton, Sora stood out as an outgoing and confident student, a gifted speaker, and a powerful source of positive energy. He consistently demonstrated gratitude and respect while encouraging his classmates, cheering them on, and celebrating their accomplishments.
