Our teachers even had a fun time dressing up and and showing off their costume creativity! It was a close race between the Alien Invasion and the Drive-Thru Crew, but the Drive-Thru Crew pulled off the win by one vote!

She’s simply the best!❤️

Congratulations to Lori Womack, Principal at De Leon Elementary!

The person who nominated Lori had this to say about her: “Lori is a true instructional leader. She is able to see the ‘big’ picture and constantly strives to support her teachers and staff as they work toward excellence.”

With 36 years in education, Lori finds the greatest reward in making a difference in children’s lives, building relationships, and helping students and staff reach their full potential. For Lori, being an MVP in education means leading with purpose, supporting others, and creating a school community where everyone can thrive.

Thank you, Lori, for your dedication to education and the lasting impact you make!
